Today's appointment/ultrasound!
here's what happened.
We got to the appointment 20 minutes early in hopes we'd get in sooner. Nope. We sat there for a WHILE, lol but that's ok. DF and I had a blast picking on each other in the waiting room LOL..
When they took us back I said "Dr. blatman said I can have an ultrasound even though it's early. We really wanna try and see the gender". The doc said "Yes I remember that. I was there when he said that". We'll take a look.
Nutter butter is getting HUGE! There's a little person in there! I wish I would have gotten pics to show you but I was so excited seeing all the fingers and toes (which happen to be in nutter butters mouth LOL) that I didn't ask for one.
We got a good clear shot of the "goods" but the ultrasound isn't the best quality. From what we can see there is NO PENIS! It appears that there's a little hamburger there!!!!!!!!!!!!! While it could be wrong cause im just shy of 17 weeks, that's her official guess (but she said not to hold her to it).
So im still sort of in limbo but being really hopeful that she was right. From what I could see, it appears she was. Still, a few things make me think otherwise (old wives tales like the heartbeat beat 143.7).
Unless this child is a very UNDER endowed little boy lol, I think we have a little princess on the way. We'll know for sure on January 5th. PLEASE cross your fingers that Princess Haylee is who's waiting in there...
